Terms & Conditions — nbajaa Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and nbajaa governing your access to and use of Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any amendment, re-enactment, or replacement of that statute or provision.

"Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your"	Any natural person who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or places a wager through the nbajaa platform, subject to the eligibility conditions set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
"Account"	A registered personal account created by a Player on the nbajaa platform, associated with a unique username and verified mobile number, through which all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and platform interactions are conducted.
"Wallet Balance"	The real-money funds held within a Player's nbajaa Account at any given time, reflecting deposits made, winnings credited, withdrawals processed, bonuses applied, and wagers settled.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bet amounts, match deposit bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to the wagering and expiry conditions stated in Section 6.
"MFS"	Mobile Financial Services — referring to Bangladesh-based mobile payment platforms including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, used by Players to deposit and withdraw funds at nbajaa.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by nbajaa prior to the processing of a Player's first withdrawal, requiring submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
"Terms"	These Terms & Conditions in their current published form, as amended from time to time by nbajaa in accordance with Section 12.

Any reference to a "Section" is a reference to a numbered section of these Terms. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with any specific game or promotion rules published separately on the nbajaa platform, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the nbajaa platform, or placing any wager or deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the nbajaa platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as an individual Player, and nbajaa. Your acceptance is confirmed by any of the following actions: (a) completing the account registration process on the nbajaa platform; (b) clicking any "I agree" or equivalent acknowledgement checkbox during registration; (c) making a deposit to your nbajaa Wallet Balance; or (d) placing any wager through the platform, regardless of whether a formal registration has been completed.

nbajaa reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nbajaa will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the nbajaa platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version is always available at nbajaa.com/terms-conditions.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the nbajaa platform, including mobile browsers, desktop browsers, and any application interface provided by nbajaa. These Terms also apply to any person who accesses the platform on behalf of another, in which case that person represents and warrants that they have authority to bind that other person to these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the nbajaa platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall prevail except where the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly provides otherwise.

3. Age Eligibility & Registration

18+ Strictly Enforced. The nbajaa platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registering, accessing, or placing wagers on the nbajaa platform while under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nbajaa will permanently close any account found to belong to a player under 18, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

To register an account on nbajaa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

You are at least 18 years of age;
You are a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and automated bots may not register accounts;
You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party;
You hold a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, which you agree to provide during the KYC verification process prior to your first withdrawal;
You have a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, which will serve as the primary contact and OTP verification channel for your account;
You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account ban previously imposed by nbajaa;
You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or family member of an employee of nbajaa or any of its game provider partners, where such use would create a conflict of interest.

Each Player may register a maximum of one (1) account on the nbajaa platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching NID, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with them will be forfeited. If you believe your account has been incorrectly identified as a duplicate, you must contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving notification of closure.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it if any detail changes. nbajaa reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at any time where it reasonably suspects that registration information is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

nbajaa reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any Player account, including requesting additional identity documentation beyond the standard KYC requirements, where the platform determines this is necessary for regulatory, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and retention of funds pending resolution.

4. Account Obligations & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nbajaa account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any third party's account credentials to access the nbajaa platform. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you and treated as your own, regardless of whether it was actually carried out by you personally.

nbajaa strongly recommends that all Players:

Use a strong, unique password for their nbajaa account that is not shared with any other service;
Enable the two-factor authentication (OTP) feature, which requires confirmation of every login via your registered mobile number;
Log out of their account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
Never save login credentials in shared browsers or devices;
Immediately notify nbajaa support at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

In the event that you notify nbajaa of suspected unauthorised access, nbajaa will investigate the report and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the affected account while the investigation is ongoing. nbajaa's liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access is limited where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

nbajaa will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full OTP code. Any communication purporting to be from nbajaa that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. nbajaa accepts no liability for losses arising from phishing, social engineering, or similar fraud where the Player has voluntarily disclosed their credentials to a third party.

You agree to use the nbajaa platform exclusively for personal, recreational purposes. You must not use the platform in connection with any commercial gambling operation, syndicate wagering arrangement, or coordinated group strategy that is designed to exploit promotional offers, bonus structures, or platform mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine individual recreational use.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the nbajaa platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). nbajaa supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed within the deposit and withdrawal sections of the platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Funds deposited to your nbajaa Wallet Balance are held for the purpose of wagering on the platform. nbajaa does not pay interest on Wallet Balances. Deposited funds are not held in a separate trust account and do not constitute a regulated deposit product. Players should only deposit funds they are prepared to use for wagering.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

Withdrawal requests can only be submitted to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the nbajaa account and has previously been used for a deposit on that account, unless otherwise approved by the nbajaa payments team;
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not yet submitted identity documents will be prompted to do so at the time of their first withdrawal request;
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform;
The average withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for MFS transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule;
nbajaa reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or display unusual patterns, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional verification is required;
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. See Section 6 for details.

All funds deposited to nbajaa must originate from a payment method that is legally registered to and owned by the Player. Depositing funds from third-party accounts, stolen payment methods, or any funds connected to illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. nbajaa reserves the right to reverse transactions and return funds to the source payment method where it suspects the source of funds is illegitimate.

nbajaa does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Your MFS provider may independently apply transaction charges. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to processing fees applied by the receiving bank, which are the Player's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, nbajaa offers promotional bonuses to Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL tournaments, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, or other relevant occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion in addition to the general rules set out in this Section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to a Player's nbajaa account:

Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms and typically ranges from 20x to 35x the bonus amount;
Expiry: Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the time period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit) will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account;
Game Contribution: Not all games on the nbajaa platform contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports bets may contribute at a rate specified per promotion. These contribution rates are subject to change;
Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's account, the maximum permissible single bet or wager is ৳1,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus promotion may be active in a Player's account at any time. A Player must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new bonus can be applied;
Abuse of Bonuses: nbajaa reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with genuine individual recreational use, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage across promotional offers, or use of automated software.

nbajaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it determines this is necessary to protect the integrity of the promotion or to address unforeseen circumstances. Any modification will not affect bonus credits already validly received by a Player prior to the modification, except where the modification is required to address fraudulent activity.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the nbajaa platform are subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and event-specific conditions published within the relevant game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on nbajaa:

A bet or wager is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the nbajaa system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical error, insufficient wallet balance, or market closure are not valid;
Once a bet has been confirmed, it may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where a specific "cash out" feature is available for that market and the Player exercises it before the relevant event has concluded;
nbajaa reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed using odds that were published in error (a "palpable error"), at prices significantly different from prevailing market prices due to a system fault, or on an event whose outcome was known at the time the bet was placed;
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studio. nbajaa does not influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-run statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes;
Live dealer game results are final once the game round is concluded by the dealer. Any dispute regarding a live dealer game result must be raised with nbajaa support within 24 hours of the game round in question, citing the game round reference number;
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting market and may be updated without prior notice;
nbajaa accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on inaccurate information, including statistics, scores, or match status displayed on third-party feeds integrated into the platform, where such information is outside nbajaa's direct control.

For cricket betting specifically, nbajaa's cricket rules define how markets are settled in the event of match abandonment, rain interruptions, over reductions, player substitutions, and other contingencies. Players are strongly advised to read the cricket betting rules section within the platform before placing cricket wagers, particularly for in-play markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nbajaa platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all wallet balances and pending winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details;
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction;
Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund a nbajaa account;
Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using nbajaa as a conduit for the movement of proceeds of crime;
Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over the platform;
Colluding with other Players in poker, table games, or any other multi-player format to disadvantage other participants or extract value from the platform;
Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an advantage and failing to report the error to nbajaa support promptly. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discoverable error are not valid and will be reversed;
Threatening, harassing, or abusing nbajaa staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel;
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract proprietary data from the nbajaa platform by any technical means;
Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your location or circumvent geographic access restrictions.

nbajaa operates continuous fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Where suspicious activity is detected, nbajaa may, without prior notice: (a) freeze a Player's wallet balance pending investigation; (b) request additional documentation or information from the Player; (c) void bets placed during the period of suspected prohibited conduct; and/or (d) permanently close the account.

Decisions made pursuant to fraud investigations are final. nbajaa will provide a summary explanation of any account closure decision upon written request submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice. Detailed investigation methodology will not be disclosed where disclosure would compromise nbajaa's fraud detection capabilities.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

nbajaa may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
nbajaa has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct;
The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
The Player's account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
The Player has self-excluded or requested account closure through the responsible gaming tools available within the platform;
A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires the account to be suspended or closed;
nbajaa determines that continuing to operate the account would expose it to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraud, nbajaa will return the Player's verified real-money Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days of closure, following completion of any required fraud or KYC review.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to processing a voluntary closure, nbajaa will verify the Player's identity and confirm any outstanding pending bets. Pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome before the account is closed. Voluntarily closed accounts are eligible for re-opening at nbajaa's discretion upon written request, subject to identity re-verification.

Where an account has been closed due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, nbajaa reserves the right to retain the account's Wallet Balance pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the retained balance may be permanently forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the nbajaa platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the property of nbajaa or its content and technology partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nbajaa platform for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content;
Publicly display, distribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit any platform content;
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the platform;
Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application;
Use any automated tool to extract data from the platform (screen scraping, crawling, spidering).

The nbajaa name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary to nbajaa. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in any way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with nbajaa — is strictly prohibited. Requests for licensed use of nbajaa brand assets must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Game content, RNG engines, live dealer software, and streaming technology provided by third-party game studios remain the exclusive intellectual property of those studios. Players' use of game content through the nbajaa platform does not confer any ownership rights over that content.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the nbajaa platform. Only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you financial or personal difficulty, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account or contact [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajaa's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player into their nbajaa account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no circumstances shall nbajaa be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable and whether nbajaa was advised of the possibility of such loss:

Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
Loss of data or corruption of data;
Loss of business opportunity or goodwill;
Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind;
Losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
Losses arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or MFS operators where those losses are beyond nbajaa's direct control;
Losses arising from your own violation of these Terms, including losses resulting from account closure for breach.

nbajaa does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nbajaa makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's suitability for any particular purpose, beyond those implied warranties that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nbajaa's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. If any provision of this limitation of liability section is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that specific provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

nbajaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Players' rights or obligations — nbajaa will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to the Player's account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game category rules) may take effect immediately upon publication at nbajaa.com/terms-conditions.

Players who do not wish to accept an amended version of these Terms must stop using the nbajaa platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. nbajaa makes no representations that the content of its platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and nbajaa arising from these Terms or from use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through nbajaa's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. nbajaa will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, the parties may seek resolution through such external dispute mechanisms as are available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure or delay by nbajaa to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict any further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

The English language version of these Terms is the governing version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. For questions about these Terms, please contact nbajaa at [email protected].
